The Role

We are seeking a Fully Qualified Preschool Teacher who loves working with young children (ages 2–5) and excels in a team-driven environment. In this role, you will lead engaging play-based learning activities, foster a safe and caring classroom culture, and partner with colleagues and families to support each child’s development.

Key Responsibilities

•  Plan and facilitate play-based, structured learning experiences that foster social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and motor development.
•  Create a cozy, home-like environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged.
•  Collaborate closely with team members and director to maintain a smooth daily routine and positive school culture.
•  Observe and document child progress, communicating thoughtfully with parents.
• Ensure all Title 22 health, safety, and supervision standards are met daily.

Qualifications

•  Fully Qualified Title 22 Preschool Teacher (Minimum 12 ECE/CD core units + experience, or a valid Child Development Teacher/Associate Teacher Permit).
• Current Live Scan background clearance, TB clearance, and required immunizations.
• Current Pediatric CPR & First Aid certification.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, patient energy.
• A genuine passion for play-based, early childhood education.
